Air conditioning, electrical load, fire protection, ventilation and extraction all have to agree with the ceiling and the layout. We resolve them on drawings before anyone is on site.
Malls and office buildings frequently restrict work to nights or non-trading hours. We programme for that from the outset, including the additional supervision it needs.
Hacking, tiling, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering and waterproofing are in-house. On a fixed opening date, removing the gaps between separate vendors is the most reliable way to protect the schedule.

A full renovation isn’t the only way to work with us. Most of our trades — hacking, tiling, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering, waterproofing and more — are done in-house, so we can take on a single job just as easily as a full project, without the extra cost or coordination of hiring separate vendors for each trade.
We also don’t sell fixed packages. Every quote is itemised by the actual work and materials involved — so you’re never paying for a bundled tier that includes things you don’t need, or a markup hidden inside a "package price".
