What does 3dots do?

3dots is a Singapore-based interior renovation and design studio. We design and build both homes and commercial spaces, guiding the whole journey from first idea to final handover — under one accountable team.

Where does 3dots work?

We take on residential and commercial projects across Singapore, islandwide.

What types of projects do you take on?

Residential renovations — HDB flats, condominiums and landed homes — and commercial spaces such as offices, retail and F&B or hospitality. We also offer design-only services if you already have your own builder.

How much does a renovation cost in Singapore?

Cost depends on the size and condition of the space, the scope of work, and the materials and finishes you choose. Rather than quote a generic figure, we prefer to understand your space first and give you a clear, itemised proposal. Message us for an enquiry-based quote.

How long does a renovation take?

Timelines vary with scope. A focused upgrade can take a few weeks, while a full home or commercial renovation typically runs a couple of months. We agree a clear schedule with you before work begins and keep you updated throughout.

Can I engage 3dots for design only?

Yes. We offer design-only engagements — concept, space planning, materials and detailed drawings you can hand to any contractor — using the same listening-led process, without the build.

You’re a new company — why should I trust 3dots?

3dots is a new studio, but the people and partners behind it are not new to the trade. Our co-founder has more than ten years of hands-on experience including project management, and we’re backed by an established building contractor for construction capability. You get the attention of a new studio with the reliability of an experienced builder.
